Technical Representative for Western Canada


As a Technical representative for internal sales at Novapex Technologies Inc. you are comfortable selling directly to customers. You must have a good knowledge of the products we offer to enable you to provide technical assistance and to determine which product to offer to create sales opportunities, follow up and close sales.

Key Functions
  • Interfacing with established customers via phone and email for quote requests or product
  • information requests
  • Provide pricing and delivery to customers
  • Support outside sales
    • Verification of delivery
    • Generate quotes
    • Follow up on deliveries with suppliers
    • Find equivalent products
  • Develop new customers through telemarketing
  • Support the company’s marketing strategies
    • Develop content
    • Animate social networks
  • Maintain our CRM system
  • Level of education: College – Electronics or Communications specialty is an asset
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in B to B sales
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and social networks
  • Knowledge of Sage 50 accounting software is an asset
  • Knowledge of wireless communications on the network side is an asset
  • Language requirements: Spoken languages : English and French
