The Opportunity

 

We’re looking for a Technical Sales Account Manager to drive growth across Ontario and Eastern Canada. This role will focus on expanding Novapex’s presence in the rapidly growing Private LTE/5G market while continuing to support opportunities within carrier networks and the broader wireless ecosystem.

 

The successful candidate will build relationships with enterprise customers, utilities, public sector organizations, system integrators, and wireless contractors, identifying opportunities for innovative wireless infrastructure and connectivity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

 

· Develop new business opportunities in Private LTE, Private 5G, and mission-critical wireless networks.

· Expand relationships with wireless contractors, integrators, and ecosystem partners supporting carrier and enterprise deployments.

· Identify opportunities within utilities, transportation, public safety, mining, manufacturing, and other industrial sectors.

· Promote wireless infrastructure, RF, test and measurement, and network performance solutions.

· Collaborate with customers and technology partners to develop innovative solutions that address complex connectivity challenges.

What You'll Bring

 

· Experience in telecommunications, wireless infrastructure, networking, or technical sales.

· Understanding of Private LTE/5G, RF technologies, cellular networks, or wireless infrastructure.

· Strong business development and relationship management skills.

· Ability to engage technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.

 

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering; MBA or equivalent a strong asset.
